Soma Milk Chocolate Covered Candied Lemon Peel
To candy the peels, they are gently soaked in a warm sugar bath followed by air drying (spa treatment for lemons). These 2 steps are repeated until the right balance of sweet, bitter, and tart are achieved in a preserving process that takes a few days.
Soma hand-dips each peel in milk chocolate. Moist and chewy with a thin shell of chocolate – a deliciously classy treat.
Ingredients
Lemon peel, Sugar, Cocoa butter, Whole milk powder, Cocoa mass, Soy lecithin, Natural vanilla.

Storage
The product should be stored in a cool, dry, odorless, and at a temperature between 14 and 20 C.
