We have attempted to explain why people play golf with our Golf Deconstructed bar. Our conclusion: most of the day is spent walking between hitting pretty rubbish shots, and just when you are on the edge of giving up – a miracle happens. Suddenly, from nowhere you hit the most magnificent shot. The ball connects with the most satisfying sound in the world – ‘clunk’ of iron to ball. Tiger Woods would be happy to have hit that. That single shot means you have ‘it’. You could have been a pro. The only difference between you and a pro is the small matter of consistency, and that takes practice. So, you better keep golfing.Â
